Configure multiple settings with a single click. Select one of the presets you’ve assigned, and it’s done.

Scanning for that elusive CQ but you’re tired of looking at the frequency to confirm your license allows you to transmit?

The transmit indicator turns red if the combination of mode and frequency is not allowed.

Enjoy multiple digital modes with multiple programs?

Select the digital mode of your choice from the dropdown menu and Rig Executive starts the necessary programs and adjusts the transceiver for optimal performance. Configuring new programs is easily done with a drag and drop interface. If you are using a virtual null modem such as com0com (free) then Rig Executive can control flow of data to the FTDX10, only allowing the active program to affect it while still allowing all programs to query most settings simultaneously.

Do you find you are constantly pushing the wrong button since they are so close together? Accidentally move the tuning knob when trying to activate fine tuning?

Now, most functions can be easily selected with a mouse click. Never hit the tuning knob again when trying to activate ‘Fine’.

Do you have more than one QTH at which you operate?

No problem! Rig Executive can be used on as many computers as you want so long as only one is operating at a time.

Find it difficult or annoying to adjust noise reduction or noise blanking?

Now greatly simplified by just hovering over desired level on a menu while listening. When satisfied just click or move the mouse off of the menu and settings will return to original settings.
